Crafted in Japan from a balanced blend of Sencha, Bancha, and Kukicha leaves, this Hojicha is grown in the mist-covered regions of Kagoshima, Nara, and Shizuoka. The leaves are carefully steamed, dried, and slowly charcoal-roasted using traditional methods, developing their signature deep brown color and warm, nutty aroma.
Sourced from farms certified under Japan Agricultural Standards (JAS) and the EU Organic system, this Hojicha delivers a smooth, non-bitter cup with gentle notes of toasted nuts and caramel. Naturally low in caffeine, it offers calm clarity without jitters, a quiet companion for evenings of reflection, focused work, or mornings before the world stirs awake.
