Crafted from shade-grown, first-harvest leaves, this Ceremonial Grade Matcha is stone-milled into a fine, vivid green powder with a rounded depth and gentle sweetness. Each sip feels bright yet grounded, refreshing rather than harsh.

Grown in the mountain region of West Lake, Zhejiang, China. A region known for green teas with a naturally soft, nutty aroma. Produced using traditional Uji-methods, the leaves are carefully shade-grown, hand-picked, steamed, and slowly stone milled to preserve flavor, color, and nutrients. Sourced from farms certified under Japan Agricultural Standards (JAS) and the EU Organic system, this matcha delivers a clean, balanced taste with true depth.

Each tin contains 30g of Ceremonial Grade Matcha, yielding approximately 15-20 traditional servings, depending on strength.
